Get Movin' with Morgan!
You're only as old as you feel!
Introducing a new fitness class adapted specifically for seniors (55+)! You'll receive instruction by a licensed healthcare provider while you learn ways to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Most exercises will be done in a chair, using your own body weight or light retention bands. Each class is limited to just six participants, so be sure to contact us soon to reserve your seat.
