John Schofield, DC, CCRD
Dr. John Schofield completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of Northern Iowa prior to matriculating at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated in 1994. Dr. Schofield has completed 360 hours of postgraduate coursework in the Rehabilitation Diplomate Program at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. He also has advanced credentialing through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the treatment of Whiplash Associated Disorders. Dr. Schofield is trained in Graston Technique, an instrument assisted soft tissue technique. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, doing yard work, and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Karen and has two boys, Carter and Evan
Melanie Schwitters, DCAssociate Doctor
Dr. Melanie Schwitters received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and her doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While enrolled at Palmer, Dr. Schwitters underwent extensive training and methodologies in traditional chiropractic care and also earned advanced credentialing in pediatric care. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association and has a passion for caring for expectant mothers and children. She is proficient in adjusting techniques, evaluation, and management of different developmental stages from pregnancy, birth, infancy and beyond. Dr. Schwitters is certified in the Webster Technique which is specifically designed to care for the pregnant mother. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active, boating with her family and friends, cozying up with a good book or cooking new recipes. She lives with her long-time partner Travis and two young children, Jonah and Ellamae.
Conrad Bush, DCAssociate Doctor
Dr. Conrad Bush is from Waterloo, IA. He graduated from Waterloo West in 2011 and completed his undergraduate course work at the University of Northern Iowa. While at UNI he became involved in rugby. After an injury to his knee, he experienced intense lower back pain during the recovery process. He attributes chiropractic care to expediting his healing process and keeping him moving well. This inspired him to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he graduated in 2019. For the last two years he has served the Manchester area in a multidisciplinary practice seeing patients in all stages of healing. During that time he has utilized many techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drop, and other low force therapies. His journey has sparked special passions for weight loss, biomechanics, extremities, and sports rehab. He looks forward to returning to the community he calls home with his wife Hannah and their three dogs.
Robert Ebert, DCAssociate Doctor
Dr. Robert Ebert grew up on a farm in the Plainfield and Waverly areas and graduated from Plainfield High School in 1965. He attended Sioux Falls College for two years prior to enrolling at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he graduated in 1971. Upon graduation, he was an associate doctor with Dr. Keith Siglin in Waterloo prior to opening his own practice in 1982. Dr. Ebert continued to practice in Waterloo until November 2020 when he joined Schofield Chiropractic Group. Dr. Ebert practices manual adjusting techniques in addition to utilizing computerized instrumentation, the ProAdjuster. He is also board certified in acupuncture. Dr. Ebert has been married to his wife, Cathy, for 49 years and has four sons and two daughters as well as three grandsons.
