John Schofield, DC, CCRD
Dr. John Schofield completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of Northern Iowa prior to matriculating at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated in 1994. Dr. Schofield has completed 360 hours of postgraduate coursework in the Rehabilitation Diplomate Program at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. He also has advanced credentialing through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in the treatment of Whiplash Associated Disorders. Dr. Schofield is trained in Graston Technique, an instrument assisted soft tissue technique. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, doing yard work, and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Karen and has two boys, Carter and Evan.
Kyle Thompson, DC, CCSPAssociate Doctor
Dr. Kyle Thompson graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Dr. Thompson enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating cum laude with high honors in 2008. He then furthered his education by becoming a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Prior to joining Schofield Chiropractic Group, Dr. Thompson owned and operated his own practice in Iowa City where he also served as the team chiropractor for the University of Iowa wrestling team. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and hunting, and attending sporting events. Dr. Thompson is married to his wife, Ashley and has three daughters, Riley, Savannah, and Chloe.
Austin Gray, DCAssociate Doctor
Dr. Austin Gray is originally from the Rochester, MN area and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire before enrolling at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While completing the traditional chiropractic coursework at Palmer, he gained additional knowledge and experience working in the Department of Rehabilitation. Outside of work, Dr. Gray enjoys strength training and is a DIYer on everything from house projects to cars and trucks. He also is a winter sports enthusiast and has a passion for skiing and snowmobiling.
