Spinal Manipulative Therapy
Spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) is the restoration of motion to dysfunctional or fixed joints. Joint dysfunction can be the result of repetitive motion, inflammation, arthritis and/or acute injury, to name a few causes. Chiropractors are uniquely trained to provide this service and perform 94% of all manipulative procedures.

It is useful for the following conditions:
- Cervical strain and/or sprain
- Lumbar strain and/or sprain
- Carpal tunnel syndrome

Therapeutic exercises
Joints and muscles are, for the most part, healthier when they are being moved and used. Specific exercises targeted for each individual patients needs, can be an important part to long-term resolution of back pain. Core strength, or lack thereof, is an important component to address for most low back pain sufferers. If core strength is improved, spinal biomechanics are improved. If a person has good spinal biomechanics, they have much better function of their spine and they have less likelihood of back pain.

Orthotics
Many foot, leg, pelvis, back, or neck pains may be traced to your feet. Custom-made orthotics put your feet in the proper biomechanical position, thereby minimizing the stress placed on certain parts of the body and, in turn, reducing pain.
Orthotics may be useful for the following conditions:
- Whiplash
- Chronic neck pain
- Posture
- Low back pain
- Sacroiliac joint pain
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Shin splints
- Ankle pain
- Heel spurs
- Plantar fascitis
- Sports injuries and performance
